A Data Strategy is how an organisation will collect, store, manage, share and use data.
Today, data is an invaluable resource for all businesses. Although the value of information is well-understood, unlocking that value is often a challenge because of the high volume of data and the challenges associated with collecting and organising it. Developing a data strategy can help organisations overcome these challenges and access the value of their data while efficiently using their resources, and with lower costs.
WHY IS DATA STRATEGY IMPORTANT?
It gives businesses a direction to move the organisation toward their goals and easily achieve them.

It helps organisations to use the insights to increase profits and monetise the data.
A Data Strategy helps unlock the power of data,
improves data management across the organisation and it helps the use of the resources efficiently
