YOUR TASKS
- Ensuring the availability and correct configuration of the managed infrastructure and applications (environment mixed Windows/Linux,
on-premise/cloud).
- Monitoring, analysis and correction of occurring faults and errors
- Operation automation/optimisation
- Infrastructure Management — DevOps engineers are also responsible for maintaining and managing the infrastructure required for the CI/CD pipeline and making sure that it’s up and running and being used optimally is also part of their daily schedule.
Working on Backup, High Availability, New Platform setup etc
- Support and maintain company data and technological infrastructure
- Repair, upgrade and configure desktop computers, servers and various office peripherals
- Provide technical assistance and remote computer or network support to end users
- Apply updates and patches to enterprise applications
- Perform server patch maintenance, system and server backups and data archiving
- Implement and maintain firewall systems to protect the company's systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware and connection issues
- Create new user accounts and change or delete existing accounts per request
YOUR SKILLS
Knowledge of DevOps
Experienced:
Azure Cloud operations/administration
Microsoft 365 operations/administration
Linux server operations/administration
Basic knowledge:
Windows server administration knowledge
Docker
Mobile Device Management, especially Microsoft Intune
Amazon Web Services
Basic networking knowledge to be able to diagnose issues and work with our networking partner
Nice to have:
DevOps skills like "Infrastructure as Code"/Terraform, Ansible, GitLab CI/CD
Experience of:
Prometheus/Loki/Grafana monitoring stack
