Passio Consulting, in accordance with its Principles of Sustainable Development, has joined the Global Compact.

Passio Consulting has signed a commitment to the United Nations Global Compact, the largest voluntary corporate responsibility initiative in the world.

By endorsing these principles, Passio Consulting will integrate and actively collaborate in the network of its country of incorporation, as well as in the Global Compact networks that exist in the countries where they have operations with relevant impact on society, economy and the environment, thus contributing to the development of local communities.

It is an initiative that proposes strategic policies for companies that commit to align their activity with 10 universally accepted principles in the following areas:

HUMAN RIGHTS

Principle 01: Businesses should support and respect the protection of internationally recognized human rights

Principle 02: Make sure you are not complicit in human rights abuses.

WORK

Principle 03: Companies must defend freedom of association and the effective recognition of the right to collective bargaining.

Principle 04: The elimination of all forms of forced or compulsory labor.

Principle 05: Effective eradication of child labor.

Principle 06: Elimination of discrimination in employment and occupation.

ENVIRONMENT

Principle 07: Businesses should support a precautionary approach to environmental challenges.

Principle 08: Develop initiatives to promote greater environmental responsibility.

Principle 09: Encourage the development and diffusion of environmentally sustainable technologies.

FIGHT AGAINST CORRUPTION

Principle 10: Businesses must combat corruption in all its forms, including extortion and bribery.
